We’re teaming up with our friends at Yoga Lab for a special pre-show experience before Laraaji’s Live Cosmic Music at Manny’s.

Ease into the evening with a Cosmic Yoga Flow (Level 1–2) from 6–7pm at Yoga Lab—a mellow, ethereal class designed to help you settle into your breath and open up to the night ahead. After class, we’ll stroll together to Manny’s for Laraaji’s luminous live set, a rare chance to sink into celestial zither, voice, and transformative sound meditation.
