Leo Paterniti is a songwriter and producer from Portland, Maine, now based in Chicago. He began making music at eleven, recording songs and beats in GarageBand. As he grew up, so did his interest in electronic, jazz, pop, rock, and experimental music—leading him to self-produce and release his debut album Staircase, a collection of jazz-infused indie songs written during his teenage years and recorded while studying music at Colorado College.
In 2023, Leo moved to Chicago to pursue music full-time. Since then, he has self-recorded and released his second album, Virtual Clown Operating System, a project inspired by abstract dream spaces, virtual worlds, and insomnia that blends art-rock tendencies with electronic production. He has also released three genre-spanning EPs—from electro-pop to lo-fi indie—and performs regularly with Chicago acts Sleeper's Bell, Lonnie, and Plant Matter.
Bitcrush is an electronic jazz duo from Chicago, IL. Consisting of Charlie O’Neill on drums and Leo Buczkowski on guitar, Bitcrush toes a unique line between jazz fusion, ambient, and electronic dance music.
